Janesville Community Radio, Inc., WADR-LP 103.5FM is pleased to announce the election of David Krapf as President of the Board of Directors with new board members Judy Konkel, Harold Bone, and Allen Jeanette.
David Krapf has been WADR’s “voice of the Snappers” for the 2015 baseball season. Janesville Community Radio, Inc. is a project of the United Arts Alliance of which Allen Jeannette serves as the current Board of Directors President. Judy Konkel is Instructional Technologist, Emeritia and a member of the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association. Formerly the Sports Director for WAAC in Wausau, Harold Bone comes to Janesville in Customer Development at Kandu Industries, Inc.
Currently with 24 programs of locally produced content, WADR features the best of local musicians, interviews, the latest in the arts, comedy, and more on a variety of topics in and around the Janesville area.
Located in the heart of downtown Janesville at 321 E Milwaukee Street, WADR-LP 103.5FM began broadcasting on the public airwaves in June 2015. Listeners can also tune in for live streaming and archived content on the internet 24 hours a day 7 days a week at the website www.JanesvilleCommunityRadio.com or by downloading the app on iTunes or through Google Play.
